On April 23, 2022, more than 200 guests attended the Foundation’s exclusive evening. The legendary chef and restaurateur, Daniel Boulud, created a culinary experience while internationally renowned Master Sommelier, Élyse Lambert, shared her expertise on food and wine pairing highlighting exceptional wines from the prestigious Gala Estate.
The event, which took place at the Ritz-Carlton Montreal, raised a remarkable sum of $280,000 in support of the Foundation’s main mission, which is to ensure excellence in clinical care, in education, and in research in the field of Thoracic Surgery at the University of Montreal. The event was organized under the honorary presidency of Mr. Kheng Ly, President and CEO of Brivia Group.
