On April 22, 2023, more than 170 guests attended the Foundation’s 2nd Fine Wine and Gourmet Evening at the Ritz-Carlton Montreal. This year’s event put the spotlight on a unique culinary experience prepared by celebrity chef and restaurateur Antonio Park. He was accompanied by renowned sommelier Hugo Duchesne, who shared his expertise highlighting exceptional wines from the prestigious Ornellaia estate .
The evening raised a remarkable sum of $225,000 in support of the Foundation’s main mission, which is to ensure excellence in clinical care, in education, and in research in the field of Thoracic Surgery at the University of Montreal. The event was organized under the honorary presidency of Mr. Joseph Broccolini, Executive Vice-President, Broccolini.
