Certains d\u2019entre eux subiront l\u2019ablation d\u2019un lobe du poumon par thoracotomie, op\u00e9ration chirurgicale usuelle, mais risqu\u00e9e qui n\u00e9cessite des mois de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.
